  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to state-owned property;

  3         expressing the intent of the Legislature to

  4         provide for the management of specified

  5         state-owned property and for the future uses of

  6         that property; providing an appropriation;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

12  provide for the management of the property and buildings at

13  the state-owned site (formerly known as the Adam Paine site)

14  purchased pursuant to Line Item 2012A in the 1994-1995 General

15  Appropriations Act, to provide for the future uses and

16  management of the property, and to appropriate necessary funds

17  therefore.

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

19  law.
