17         Section 2.  There is hereby appropriated to the

18  Department of Management Services $18,711,000 from the

19  Wireless Emergency Telephone System Trust Fund for the

20  1999-2000 fiscal year, to include, $8,607,060 for distribution

21  to counties, $9,729,720 for distribution to 911 service

22  providers, and $374,220 for Department of Management Services

23  administrative costs.
