13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 14, between lines 7 and 8,

16  insert:

17         Section 10.  Section 105.072, Florida Statutes, is

18  created to read:

19         105.072  Statement of judicial candidate.--Each

20  candidate for a judicial office, including an incumbent judge,

21  shall file a statement with the qualifying officer within 10

22  days after filing the appointment of campaign treasurer and

23  designation of campaign depository, stating that the candidate

24  has read and understands the requirements of the Florida Code

25  of Judicial Conduct. Such statement shall be in substantially
