  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to certificates of need;

  3         repealing ss. 408.031-408.045, F.S., the Health

  4         Facility and Services Development Act;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Sections 408.031, 408.032, 408.033,

10  408.035, 408.037, 408.038, 408.039, 408.041, 408.042, 408.043,

11  408.044, and 408.045, Florida Statutes, and sections 408.034,

12  408.036, and 408.040, Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, are

13  repealed.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
