15         On page 16, line 29, through page 17, line 3, delete

16  those lines

18  and insert:

19         (a)  The department shall by rule establish fees to

20  cover the 100 percent of all costs and expenditures associated

21  with the Bureau of Fair Rides Inspection, including all direct

22  and costs, all indirect costs, and all division, data center,

23  and administrative overhead. If there is not sufficient

24  general revenue appropriated by the Legislature, the industry

25  shall pay for the remaining cost of the program. The fees must

26  be deposited in the General Inspection Trust Fund.
