14         On page 22, line 30, through page 23, line 4, delete

15  those lines

17  and insert:

18         (a)  The department shall by rule establish fees to

19  cover the 100 percent of all costs and expenditures associated

20  with the Bureau of Fair Rides Inspection, including all direct

21  and costs, all indirect costs, and all division, data center,

22  and administrative overhead. If there is not sufficient

23  general revenue appropriated by the Legislature, the industry

24  shall pay for the remaining cost of the program. The fees must

25  be deposited in the General Inspection Trust Fund.
