11  The Committee on Fiscal Policy recommended the following

12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 8, between lines 10 and 11,

17  insert:

18         Section 5.  The sum of $1,080,000 is appropriated from

19  the General Revenue Fund to the Office of Program Policy

20  Analysis and Government Accountability within the Office of

21  the Auditor General for the purpose of implementing this act

22  during the 1999-2000 fiscal year, including, but not limited

23  to, fully funded best financial management practices reviews

24  in the Duval County, Alachua County, and Gadsden County school

25  districts, plus 50 percent matching funded best financial

26  management practice reviews in up to two additional volunteer

27  districts.
