14 On page 5, line 31, of the bill

16 insert:
17 (8) ANNUITY.--Notwithstanding the provisions of
18 paragraph (5)(c) and subsection (6), moneys in the endowment
19 may be managed as an annuity. Under this option, the
20 investment objective shall be long-term preservation of the
21 real value of the original principal and a specified regular
22 annual cash outflow for appropriation. The schedule of annual
23 cash outflow shall be included within the investment plan
24 adopted pursuant to paragraph (5)(a).
