11  The Committee on Transportation offered the following:

13         Amendment 

14         On page 2, lines 24 through 31,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

16

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  wildflowers, plants and

18  grasses.  The council shall also make the final determination

19  of what constitutes acceptable species of wildflowers and

20  other plantings supported by these programs.

22          Section 4.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
