19 376.30711 Preapproved site rehabilitation, effective
20 March 29, 1995.--
21 (8) For all petroleum and drycleaning priority ranked
22 sites, the department shall require rehabilitation work orders
23 to include the use of innovative technologies where they are
24 cost-effective. These technologies shall be taken from the
25 departments approved list of mechanical, chemical, and
26 biological products and processes.
