14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 14, line 24, after the period,

17  insert:  The maximum mandatory sentencing provisions of this

18  section shall also apply to any person who vicariously

19  possesses a firearm during the commission of any offense

20  delineated in subsection (2) or subsection (3) and who is

21  convicted of the substantive felony offense.

26         On page 5, line 2, after the second semicolon,

28  insert:

29         applying the provisions of the act to certain

30         persons who vicariously possess a firearm;
