13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 14, line 24, after the period,

16  insert:  The maximum mandatory sentencing provisions of this

17  section shall also apply to any person who vicariously

18  possesses a firearm during the commission of any offense

19  delineated in subsection (2) or subsection (3).

23  And the title is amended as follows:

24         On page 5, line 2, after the second semicolon,

26  insert:

27         applying the provisions of the act to persons

28         who vicariously possess a firearm;
