13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 5, between lines 21 and 22, of the bill

16  insert:

17         Section 3.  With respect to charges for

18  telecommunication service that are regularly billed on a

19  monthly cycle, the changes in the sales tax rate provided for

20  in this act shall apply to charges appearing on any bill dated

21  on or after February 1, 2000.
