13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, lines 19-21

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  upon each ounce of liquor and

18  each 4 ounces of wine, a surcharge of 6 cents is imposed on

19  each 12 ounces of cider, and a surcharge of 2.67 4 cents is

20  imposed on each 12 ounces

26  remove from the title of the bill:  all of said lines
