15         On page 33, line 31 of the bill after the period

17  insert:  Licensed nurses counted towards the minimum staffing

18  requirements for certified nursing assistants must be

19  exclusively performing the duties of the certified nursing

20  assistant for the entire shift and shall not also be counted

21  towards the minimum staffing requirements for licensed nurses.
