  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of State;

  3         amending s. 267.081, F.S.; providing for

  4         disposition of moneys received by the Division

  5         of Historical Resources of the Department of

  6         State from the sale of publications; providing

  7         an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Subsection (4) is added to section 267.081,

12  Florida Statutes, to read:

13         267.081  Publications.--It is the duty of the division

14  to:

15         (4)  Hold any moneys received from the sale of

16  publications by the division in the operating trust fund of

17  the division or in a separate depository account in the name

18  of a citizen-support organization formed pursuant to s. 267.17

19  and subject to the provision of a letter of agreement with the

20  division.

21         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

22  law.

25                          SENATE SUMMARY

26    Provides that moneys received from the sale of
      publications by the Division of Historical Resources of
27    the Department of State must be held in the operating
      trust fund of the division or in a separate depository
28    account in the name of a citizen support organization.
