14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 1, lines 18 through 25, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         Section 3.  The Agency for Health Care Administration

19  shall study the availability of magnetic resonance imaging

20  (MRI) services and shall report its findings to the

21  Legislature. The agency must conduct the study with existing

22  staff and resources.
