15         On page 5, between lines 5 and 6,

17  insert:

18         (2)  Subsection (1) applies only to personal lines and

19  commercial lines residential property and casualty insurance

20  policies as defined in s. 627.4025, and applies only to an

21  insurer that has employees in this state and has a home office

22  or a regional office in this state.  With respect to any tax

23  year or assessment year, the exemptions provided by subsection

24  (1) apply only if during the year an average of at least 10

25  percent of the insurer's Florida residential property or

26  commercial policies in force covered properties located in

27  enterprise zones designated pursuant to s. 290.0065.
