14         On page 15, line 27, after the period

16  insert:  The Division of Retirement shall use this

17  determination only to notify the board, the plan's sponsor,

18  and consulting actuary of material differences between the

19  total expected annual rate of return and the actuarial assumed

20  rate of return.
