14         On page 71, lines 2-5, delete those lines

16  and insert:  counselor licensed under chapter 491, or a

17  counselor who is employed by an adoption entity accredited by

18  the Council on Accreditation of Services for Children and

19  Families to provide pregnancy counseling and supportive

20  services.
