14         On page 2, line 22, through

15            page 3, line 6,  delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (3)  A member of a judicial nominating commission shall

19  serve a term of 4 years and is not eligible for consecutive

20  reappointment. A member of a judicial nominating commission

21  may be suspended by the Governor and removed by the Senate for

22  cause pursuant to uniform rules of procedure established by

23  the judicial nominating commission consistent with s. 7, Art.

24  IV of the State Constitution. Any member appointed pursuant to

25  s. 43.29(1) shall serve out the member's term.
