14         On page 2, lines 26 - 29, delete those lines

16  and insert:  nominating commission appointed under s.

17  43.29(1)(b) before the effective date of this act is abolished

18  upon the effective date of this act and is replaced by those

19  offices created by and appointed under paragraph (b). Any
