13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 2, line 12, after the period

15

16  insert:  Any member appointed pursuant to 43.29(1)(c) shall

17  serve out the members term and at the expiration of the term a

18  new member may be appointed to serve until July 31 following

19  the next election of a Governor.
