14         On page 2, lines 5-14,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         (b)  Three electors, who reside in the territorial

19  jurisdiction of the court or in the circuit appointed by the

20  Governor; and

21         (c)  Three electors who reside in the territorial

22  jurisdiction of the court or in the circuit who are not

23  members of The Florida Bar, selected and appointed by a

24  majority vote of the other six members of the commission.
