15 On page 7, line 19, delete that line

17 and insert: a court of competent jurisdiction. However, if an
18 attorney is permitted to withdraw or is otherwise removed from
19 representation prior to full performance of the duties
20 specified in this section, the trial court shall approve
21 payment of fees and costs for work performed, which may not
22 exceed the amounts specified in this section. An attorney who
23 withdraws or is removed from representation
