13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 5, lines 13-22, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 3.  Subsection (3) of section 501.919, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         501.919  Enforcement; stop-sale order.--

20         (3)  Nothing in this act shall be construed to require

21  the department to report for prosecution or for institution of

22  libel proceedings any minor violations of the act whenever it

23  believes that the public interest will be best served by a

24  suitable notice of warning in writing to the violator

25  registrant or the person whose name and address appears on the

26  label.
