13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 20, lines 13-18, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (a)  The department shall by rule establish fees to

18  cover the 100 percent of all costs and expenditures associated

19  with the Bureau of Fair Rides Inspection, including all direct

20  and costs, all indirect costs, and all division, data center,

21  and administrative overhead. If there is not sufficient

22  general revenue appropriated by the Legislature, the industry

23  shall pay for the remaining cost of the program. The fees must

24  be deposited in the General Inspection Trust Fund.
