13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 27, between lines 9 and 10,

16  insert:

17         Section 28.  Paragraph (a) of subsection (4) of section

18  253.7825, Florida Statutes is amended to read:

19         253.7825  Recreational uses.--

20         (4)(a)  A horse park-agricultural center may be

21  constructed by or on behalf of the Florida Department of

22  Agriculture and Consumer Services on not more than 500 250

23  acres of former canal lands which meet the criteria for

24  surplus lands and which lie outside the greenways boundary.
