13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 7, lines 22-24, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 9.  Subsections (5) and (6) of section 570.952,

18  Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, are amended to read:

19         570.952  Florida Agriculture Center and Horse Park

20  Authority.--

21         (5)  A majority of the members shall constitute a

22  quorum, and action by a majority of a quorum shall be

23  official.

24         (5)(6)  Beginning January 1, 1995, The commissioner

25  shall submit information annually to the Speaker of the House

26  of Representatives and the President of the Senate reporting

27  the activities of the Florida Agriculture Center and Horse

28  Park Authority and the progress of the Florida Agriculture

29  Center and Horse Park, including, but not limited to,

30  pertinent planning, budgeting, and operational information

31  concerning the authority.
