11  Senators Bronson and Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 6, line 28, through page 7, line 6, delete

15  those lines

16

17  and insert:

18         (2)  The court may award to the prevailing party or

19  parties reasonable attorney's fees for services rendered in

20  actions at law and all appellate proceedings resulting

21  therefrom under the provisions of ch. 373. In addition to the

22  above, the court may award all costs and charges incident to

23  such actions.

24         (3)(2)  Any action by a citizen of the state to seek

25  judicial enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter

26  shall be governed by the Florida Environmental Protection Act,

27  s. 403.412.

28         Section 9.  Paragrah (f) is added to subsection (3) of

29  section 57.111, Florida Statutes, to read:

30         57.111  Civil actions and administrative proceedings

31  initiated by state agencies; attorneys' fees and costs.--
