14 On page 3, between lines 25 and 26,

16 insert:
17 (4) Except when a trustee's interest may be adverse in
18 a particular matter, the attorney shall give reasonable notice
19 in writing to the trustee of the attorney's retention by an
20 interested person and the attorney's entitlement to fees
21 pursuant to this section. A court may reduce any fee award for
22 services rendered by the attorney before the date of actual
23 notice to the trustee, if the actual notice date is later than
24 a date of reasonable notice. In exercising this discretion,
25 the court may exclude compensation for services rendered after
26 the reasonable notice date but before the date of actual
27 notice.
