15         On page 14, line 30, after the period,

17  insert:  The exclusive means of state implementation of ss.

18  303(d) of the Clean Water Act, Pub. L. No. 92-500, 33 U.S.C.

19  ss. 1251 et seq. shall be in accordance with the

20  identification, assessment, calculation and allocation and

21  implementation provisions of s. 403.067.
