18         196.012  Definitions.--For the purpose of this chapter,

19  the following terms are defined as follows, except where the

20  context clearly indicates otherwise:

21         (16)  "Expansion of an existing business" means:

22         (c)  Any licensed child care facility pursuant to s.

23  402.305 or a child care facility exempt from licensing

24  pursuant to s. 402.316 that achieves Gold Seal Quality status

25  located in an enterprise zone.
