14         On page 6, lines 11 through 15, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         (6)  For the purpose of qualifying for an exemption

18  from ad valorem taxes pursuant to s. 196.198, it is the intent

19  of the Legislature that a child care facility that is licensed

20  under s. 402.305 or exempt from licensing under s. 402.316 and

21  that achieves Gold Seal Quality status under s. 402.281 be

22  considered an educational institution for purposes of s.

23  196.012(5).
