14         Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 2, between lines 19 & 20, of the bill

16

17  insert:

18         Section 2.  Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section

19  234.211, Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, is amended to

20  read:

21         234.211  Use of school buses for public purposes.--

22         (1)

23         (b)  Each school district may enter into agreements

24  with local WAGES coalitions for the provision of

25  transportation services to WAGES program participants as

26  defined in s. 414.0252. Agreements must provide for

27  reimbursement in full or in part for the proportionate share

28  of fixed and operating costs incurred by the school district

29  attributable to the use of buses in accordance with the

30  agreement. A school district may enter into agreements to

31  provide transportation pursuant to this paragraph only if the
