  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to ethics; declaring the intent

  3         of the Legislature to revise the laws relating

  4         to ethics; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

  9  revise the laws relating to ethics.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

11  law.
