13         Amendment to Senate Amendment (935754) 

14         On page 19, lines 19 through 28,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

16  and insert:  Section 14.  Effective July 1, 1999, the sum of

17  $250,000 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the

18  State Technology Office in the Department of Management

19  Services and four positions are created in the department for

20  the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this act which

21  create the Information Service Technology Development Task

22  Force.
