14         On page 9, between lines 21 and 22 of the bill

17         Section 9.   There is hereby appropriated from the

18  Florida Public Service Regulatory Trust Fund to the Public

19  Service Commission the sum of $1,000,000 and 2 positions for

20  the purpose of carrying out the provisions of section 1 of

21  this act.
