12  following:

14         Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 48, between lines 25 and 26, of the bill

16

17  insert:

18         Section 24.  Paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section

19  383.011, Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, is amended to

20  read:

21         383.011  Administration of maternal and child health

22  programs.--

23         (2)  The Department of Health shall follow federal

24  requirements and may adopt any rules necessary for the

25  implementation of the maternal and child health care program,

26  the WIC program, and the Child Care Food Program.

27         (c)  With respect to the Child Care Food Program, the

28  department shall adopt rules that interpret and implement

29  relevant federal regulations, including 7 C.F.R. part 226. The

30  rules may must address at least those program requirements and

31  procedures identified in paragraph (1)(i).
