  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to elections; providing

  3         legislative intent to revise the election laws;

  4         providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

  9  revise the laws relating to elections.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
