17  and insert in lieu thereof:  (a)  The appropriate number of

18  administrative, attorney, auditing and operational support

19  positions and the related sources of funding to be transferred

20  from the Department of Environmental Protection's Office of

21  the General Counsel, Division of Administrative and Technical

22  Services, former Office of the Director of the Division of

23  Marine Resources, and Division of Law Enforcement to the Fish

24  and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
