14         On page 7, line 4, after the period

16  insert:  The Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic

17  Development shall also consult with the Governor's Chief

18  Inspector General and with the Office of Program Policy

19  Analysis and Government Accountability on other appropriate

20  accountability measures to be incorporated into the contract.
