13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 14, lines 24-25, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  s. 916.33, the court may conduct an adversarial

17  probable cause hearing if it determines such hearing is

18  necessary state attorney may further petition the court for an

19  adversarial probable cause hearing. The court shall only

20  consider whether to have an adversarial probable cause hearing

21  in cases where the failure to begin a trial is not the result

22  of any delay caused by the respondent. The person shall be
