14         On page 24, lines 25 and 26, delete those lines

16  and insert:  principal's capacity and, if the physician

17  concludes that the principal lacks capacity, enter that

18  evaluation in the principal's medical record. If the physician

19  has a question as to whether concludes that the principal

20  lacks such capacity, another physician
