17         Section 5.  For the purposes of intercollegiate

18  athletics, the following are designated as the athletic

19  nickname, colors, and mascot for The Florida State University:

20         (1)  Nickname:  "Seminoles."

21         (2)  Colors:  garnet and gold.

22         (3)  Mascot:  Chief Osceola riding atop an appaloosa

23  horse named "Renegade."
