17         Section 15.  The State Veterans' Home in Pembroke Pines

18  is hereby designated as the "Alexander 'Sandy' Nininger, Jr.,

19  State Veteran's Nursing Home." The Department of Veteran's

20  Affairs is directed to erect a suitable marker bearing this

21  designation.
