  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Bradford County; repealing,

  3         pursuant to s. 189.4044, F.S., chapter 73-408,

  4         Laws of Florida, as amended, which creates the

  5         Bradford County Historical Board of Trustees;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Pursuant to section 189.4044, Florida

11  Statutes, chapter 73-408, Laws of Florida, as amended by

12  chapters 80-452 and 90-436, Laws of Florida, is repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
