  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Internet; providing

  3         legislative intent; providing an effective

  4         date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature that

  9  Florida laws and regulations relating to the Internet promote

10  the development of the Internet and related industries within

11  the state and the use of the Internet and related technologies

12  by Floridians.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.

17                          SENATE SUMMARY

18    Provides that it is the intent of the Legislature that
      Florida law promote the development of the Internet and
19    related industries in the state and the use of the
      Internet and related technologies by Floridians.
