15         On page 2, line 20, after the period,

17  insert:  Any unexpended balance of funds appropriated from

18  Specific Appropriation 2012A of chapter 94-357, Laws of

19  Florida, remaining after dry-in and stabilization may be

20  expended, consistent with the provisions of this section, for

21  completion of the facility in connection with the disposition

22  or transfer of the facility.
