  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Management

  3         Services; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         reorganize the department; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to reorganize the

10  Department of Management Services.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
